Denim is a go-to of mine. Sometimes denim is too boring or lacks interest. Almost all denim skirts follow the same three characteristics:
-Either short/long
-maybe patched
-maybe frilled/distressed
But nothing really stands out. I found this jean skirt at Zara and it's nothing like I've seen before. It's interesting - it's fresh. I find it hard in this denim trend to bend the rules a little bit but when it comes to jean skirts it's simple because there are pretty loose rules. I think bringing a simple skirt to life with a ruffle (or two) makes the whole outfit so much more interesting and note worthy. This new style of jean skirt will make anyone in your path take a second look!
